drinking lots of water throughout the day, eating at least two portions of fruit everyday, lowering your meat intake, getting a body splash (it’s weaker in scent than a perfume, but it responds better to sweating and you can re-apply it multiple times during the day), and if you rather get a perfume try getting one with good fixation over a strong smell, and i can’t stress this enough, finding the correct deodorant for you. i spent years thinking i was doomed because my deodorant didn’t seem to work because i thought all deodorants were pretty much the same give or take, but then i started trying out different ones and realized they all had different effects on my body! eventually i found one that works perfectly for my body and my daily routine and i never had to worry about it again. but the real secret to always smelling good is working from the inside out! 🩷
